Our facility is fully equipped with high precision and digitally controlled machinery, which has allowed us to produce components to high tolerances.  We are able to manufacture products from a range of materials, including hard material used for specialist applications.

The digitally controlled process technology that we adopt is fully integrated over our IT systems.  This allows us to receive customer design specifications with the ability to directly input the files into our machining centres and minimizing human error.  Therefore we have fast production with the ability to adapt to design changes quickly and effectively when required.  

SLAC Precision Engineering stores all data onto a facility that ensures that we are able to archive customer designs and specifications to prevent threats such as cyber theft and/or viruses.  We have a system in place that ensures that all the data is backed up monthly and that the data is securely protected with our encrypted systems and up-to-date security.
